J&R Enterprises SRL is a privately owned company, established in Bucharest, Romania, since 1990. Although set up as a trading firm, in the following years it has become involved in the process of modernizing two existing production facilities and one green field project, turned into the three factories of the group, dealing in first class garments’ manufacturing and export.

Highly specialized, two of the factories - NORADA S.A. and IKOS CONF S.A.- produce men’s suits, jackets and trousers, while the third one – SERCONF S.A. - manufactures ladies’ and men’s trousers.

Most of the production is realized on CM (cut and make), CMT (cut, make and trims) basis but also on FOB system. The factories are equipped with the most up to date machinery and state of the art technologies, from renowned suppliers, investments being carried out permanently, to keep pace with the latest achievements in this field.

Thanks to these investments and to the skill of high, middle management and operators of all factories, the quality of the products is a high and consistent one, complying with ISO 9001-2015 regulation and assuring the Group with a portfolio of excellent clients, well-known brands, from all over Europe, some of them being traditional partners for almost 25 years.

At the same time, J&R Enterprises SRL created and registered internationally its own men’s wear trademark – ‘’SEROUSSI”- developed together with and produced under licence by Norada S.A. “SEROUSSI” products are successfully sold and distributed both in Romania, through a network of stand alone “SEROUSSI” Shops, in retailer partners’ stores, as well as abroad. “Signor” and “Erfolg Philosophy” are also men’s wear trademarks registered in the name of J&R Enterprises.

Based on the acquired experience, the Group is looking to expand the garments’ production by offering to clients services of manufacturing on CM (cut and make), CMT (cut, make and trims) basis and full garment.
